By default your suspected Spam is delete. The spam engine is very accurate, but some times a few important emails can slip through. One way to avoid this is to turn off the low scoring spam delete and other is to send your spam to a spam bin for review later.
Start by login into your control panel at http://yourdomain.tld/login (Insert your domain name)
Click on the icon to configure Mailscanner
The default settings for Mailscanner are shown below
Currently, Mailscanner is set to Delete "Low Scoring Spam" and to Delete "High Scoring Spam".
Low Scoring spam is almost always spam.
High Scoring spam is ALWAYS spam.
You may wish to change the settings to allow "Low Scoring Spam" to be delivered.
Two other settings are important on this menu.

Blacklists
A black list is a list of email addresses that you do NOT want to get mail from. Blacklists are best used to avoid those emails from known spruces that you simply don't want to see any more.
Don't waste your time blacklisting people who send you spam, they change their email addresses often.
Whitelists
Whitelists are the most important feature of Mailscanner. You should whitelist anyone you MUST get emails from, such as business contacts and mailing lists.
Black and White List Examples
There are two formats for whitelist and black list entries.
*@domain.com - Blocks/Accepts all email from domain.com
bill@microsoft.com - Blocks/Accepts only email from Bill@microsoft.com
Use Whitelists to always accept mail and blacklists to deny mail.
Rerouting Spam to a special spam email address
You can reroute spam to a spam address in Mailscanner. Very much like a junk bin in Outlook.

1. Setup a junk mail address, such as spam@mydomain.com
2. Under Other Setting under "Additional email address to list for forwarding spam" Put you spam address you specially created for spam.
Then Under
Send "Low Scoring Spam" to the spam account for your domain.
Note: spam from ALL mail account will go to that domain, so only adminstrators should have access to that account.
