Remote Access Support is billed at $120 per hour, minimum $35. By initiating a remote connection with our technician, you agree to the billing terms.
Please keep in mind that this remote software costs us $180 per month to have access to and we need to recoup these costs plus pay for our time.
The initial client set up within the first 30 days of account creation is free for the first three email accounts, remote support after the initial setup period will be billed.
