Preset Your Email Password Reset
You need to reset your alternate email so that you may reset your email password without any help.Follow these steps to set up your alternate email:
1. Login to webmail at https://yourdomain.com/login
2. Click on "Click Here to Login to Webmail"
3. Input your email address and password
4. Click on your email address in the top right corner
5. Click on "Contact Information"
6. Input your "Enter a second email address to receive account notifications"
You may now reset your email password without knowing your current password. If you do this now, it will be ready when you need it.
